About 3-Gun Nation

“3-Gun Nation” brings the thrill of practical shooting competition into your home, showcasing amateurs and professionals alike, as shooters take on the most difficult stages of fire throughout all of the shooting sports at the showcase 3-gun venues across the country.

The inaugural season pairs the tour up with some of 3-gun’s most prestigious events: DPMS Superstition Mountain Mystery 3-Gun, Sabre Defense Blue Ridge Mountain, FNH USA Midwest 3-Gun Championships, MGM Ironman, and JP Enterprises’ Rocky Mountain 3-Gun. Along the way, competitors accumulate points, with the top qualifiers earning a spot in the year-end Classic. Held outside Las Vegas, in partnership with this year’s USPSA Multi-Gun Nationals, the Classic will make practical shooting history with one winner taking home the championship and $25,000, courtesy of Leupold.

Make no mistake, this is a made-for-TV event. As such, to win money on the 3-Gun Nation Tour, the top eight competitors at each event will have to run a gauntlet of challenging courses of fire before squaring off in a dramatic, head-to-head, single elimination shoot-off. Watch the pressure mount as your favorite shooters, the best 3-gunners in the world, put it all on the line for the most lucrative purse in the history of practical shooting.

  1. I agree, boycott NBC. It is unbelievable that educated people (NBC) actually would do something like this. People kill people regardless of method. It’s ok, there are other cable networks w/ better programming for gun enthusiasts who ARE responsible.
